The intermediate page is on 8.5x14 legal size paper. Don't forget to change the paper size in Page Setup. Click on the month you would like to print. Any color graphics will print out gray in the black & white print mode. You can also click on the image, hold the mouse button down and choose an option from the pop up menu.
