Math Memory Cards

Run 2 copies of the memory pages so you will have a match for each card. The pattern page in each section is to run off on the back side of the page to keep the letters/words from showing through. If you run them off on colored oaktag you may not need to run the pattern page on the back.We have run off a few sets of the flashcards on oaktag and laminated them for use in the classroom. You can also run off a set on paper for the students to take home and practice.

The Wild Card Frog and Lobster cards are used as a variety. 2 or 4 Wild Cards are used per game depending upon the number of cards used. If you pick a Wild Card, it allows the player to take 1 match from another player. If another player does not have a match yet, the Wild Card is kept until it can be used. When a Wild Card is picked, the player uses the it or saves it and then finishes his turn. For example, if a player picks a card and then picks a Wild Card, the player uses or saves the Wild Card and then picks another card to try and match the first card he picked.
