The black and white version leaves the vowel in outline shape for you to color the same vowels the same color. For example, color all 'a' vowels blue, 'e' vowels red, 'i' vowels green etc. The color version has the vowels already colored in. The 'a' vowels are blue, the 'e' vowels are red, the 'i' vowels are green, the 'o' vowels are orange and the 'u' vowels are purple. The color version is available in the PDF version only.
